We want you to be in LOVE &  OBSESSED with our hats as much as we are; if your hat isn’t everything your wished for, please send us an email at: sales@howlinghats.com

Our hats are uniquely crafted, one of a kind artisanal creations that tell a story. Made to let you gravitate to the one that calls for you, like when a landscape draws you in. The exquisite way a hat transforms a person’s whole persona and sense of style, is something we believe each hat we make, will do for you. The hat becomes part of you, changes as the months and years go by and picks up its own identity. Our hope is that you can pass down these hats to those who always remember you wearing it and continue the love for millinery. 

Since they are handmade "just for you," we can only offer a refund when the hat is unworn & returned within 10 days of receiving in original packaging. We however, will do our best to make sure the hat is exactly what you wished for.
